Radha Beauty Intensive Youth Eye Gel (Review)

I got to know about the Radha beauty skincare line from the Youtopia Beauty instagram page and having always wanted to buy an eye cream, I was happy they made one was happy to try it. I have been using it for over 6 months now. It’s in molten form, and it’s colorless with a gel-like consistency.

Claims

The intensive eye gel provides intensive care to the eye area and helps reduce dark circles, wrinkles, puffiness and sagging skin. This powerful blend increases elasticity and enhances tone of skin. Its major ingredients include plant stem cells, matrixyl 3000, Hyaluronic acid, peptide complex and Vitamin E.

My Observations

I like that It’s very light weight. If you put it close to your nose,  It has this very faint smell of plants and menthol combined and It gives this cooling sensation when put around your eye area. It instantly hydrates and brightens that area.

True to its claim, it greatly reduces puffiness and dark circles. I really had bad dark circles around my eyes and I was happy when I read it helps to reduce dark circles. I also had puffiness on my upper lid area and although it didn’t 100% correct it (I believe this is because it’s hereditary), it has visibly reduced the puffiness around my crease area. I want to believe it true to its claim for sagging skin and wrinkles but I wouldn’t know until i’m probably in my 40s when I have to deal with those issues. However, if you’re looking for something to help with dark circles and puffiness, this will work for you.

Also, you may want to keep this product from entering your eyes and be cautious with it if you have sensitive skin or maybe do a test with one eye before you consistently use it. When I first started using it, I would have boils around my eyelid area but then it would quickly go when I plucked out of my lashes to drain the pus. Over time using this product, I had stopped having boils.

I purchased this product from the Beauty Bank website for 6,000 NGN.
