When I think about all the things that could probably be on a wish list for Valentine’s day, I think about skincare (or and asides that a tripod). So Yes, honey!! Love me some skincare. If you probably wanted to love me well, you can love me with a few of these things!!
Definitely the first thing on my Valentines day skin care Wishlist has to be a Spa facial, and a brightening one at that. It’s been almost a year since I had my last facial at the Oriki spa (read my review here) and I feel this is the perfect time to revisit the spa there. A full body scrub & massage wouldn’t be a bad idea either.
I recently got myself some Ordinary Skincare products. Seeing how good they are, right now, my heart – and of course my skin – is in dire need of The ordinary Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA & The Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% for my post-acne hyper pigmentation and to get my glow going for the weekend ahead.
The Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel caught my eye after I recently tried and reviewed their 3-step system for oily skin here. I tried the Cleanser, clarifying lotion and moisturizer and I knew i needed to have it. It’s light weight and controls oil nicely. Thing is I’m in need of new moisturizers so this will definitely come in handy towards Valentine’s day.
Everyday I take my skincare routine, seriously makes a difference to my skin that’s why I’m so religious at it. I scar very easily and I’ve heard of how amazing Yves Rocher Sebo Vegetal Zero Blemish Gel Cream is at minimize scarring and all. Half of my skincare problems are definitely solved with this.

I don’t have a wishlist for Valentine’s Day but I have a scheduled post on getting your ultimate glow for your lover (of yourself if you’re baeless). Haha. But you bet brightening the skin is right on the spot 🙂
